Treehouse Masters- Animal Planet Channel
Contacted by Nelson Treehouse Builders, Smiley Engineering, Inc. provided design for the elaborate treehouse build on the property of Mr. Mrs. Gardner in Waxhaw, NC. Construction was documented on the Animal Planet Channel in 2016.

Located in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Medical health facility of 28,500. sqft constructed with steel frame and cantilevered features. Braced frames designed for the lateral stability.

Ole Mecklenburg Brewery- Brewery/Tap Room
Existing warehouse converted into brewery with Tap Room, Tank Rooms and Dining Areas. Roof evaluated for large Roof Top Units and multiple bearing wall modifications performed.

Existing warehouse converted into office and employee facility adjacent to the brewery building. Multiple bearing wall modifications with lintels designed for openings and attention to upgrade in lateral stability for current code requirements due to change of occupancy.
